- Orders and Services refer to a request by you to purchase any digital products and services from us.
- You mean the individual who is accessing or using our Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your subscriptions for digital products and services within 7 days by consulting with us, provided that the download or use of the software has not begun.

We will reimburse you within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request, provided that the software has not been downloaded or used. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, specifically through bank account transfer (NEFT), and no additional fees will be applied.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds for digital products are only applicable if:
- The digital product was purchased within the last 10 days.
- The software has been downloaded or used.
- Once the refund initiated, the refund amount will be credited to customer bank account within 14 working days.
Non-refundable Items
Once the software has been used for more than 10 days, the subscription amount is non-refundable. Sale or discounted digital products are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
