Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services provided by Harken Innovations Private Limited, including Kashbook and custom software services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following offerings:
- SaaS subscriptions (Kashbook)
- Software licenses
- Custom software development services
- Support, AMC, and add-on services
2. Subscription Software (SaaS) – Kashbook
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial usage
- Unused subscription periods
- Plan downgrades
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Free trials (if provided) allow evaluation before purchase
3. Cancellation of Subscription
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time
- Cancellation prevents future billing only
- The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No prorated refunds will be issued
4. Custom Software Development
- Payments for custom development are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If cancelled before project start, partial refunds may be considered after deducting administrative costs
- Refund terms are governed by the signed proposal, quotation, or agreement
5. Support, AMC & Add-On Services
- Fees for support, maintenance, or add-on services are non-refundable once the service period begins
- Unused service hours are not refundable or transferable
6. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions
- Payment errors must be reported within 7 days of the transaction
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are advised to contact us before initiating a chargeback
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or service termination
- We reserve the right to submit transaction evidence to payment processors
8. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party outages.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
